Caring Through Good Times and Bad​

With “Caring Through Good Times and Bad” as the theme for the 2002/03 Hong Kong Housing Authority Annual Report, we used monochromatic visuals as the chapter openings to symbolise the organisation’s fundamental and unchanging mission: to care for the housing needs of the community of Hong Kong. The design approach aims to reflect the HA’s endeavors in adjusting its organizational structure and refocusing its activities to align with new policies and conditions. While the print copy is in monotone, the online copy is in full colour.
