Love Our Estates and Neighbours​

The theme, “Love Our Estates and Neighbours​” was realised through a series of community building activities. Mural painting being one of them was used as the main visual theme for this 1998/99 Hong Kong Housing Authority Annual Report. Vibrant colours combined with vivid life images and photography reflect the passion of public housing tenants in participating community events.
