Quality Housing Partnering for Change​

Focusing on “Quality Housing: Partnering for Change”, the 1999/2000 Hong Kong Housing Authority Annual Report addresses the Organisation’s determination to sustain on-going reforms that bring the best service to the community. Engaging photographic images of people involving different aspects of public housing were used throughout the report to visually convey the message.
